  1. Place the potatoes in cold water: This helps to remove excess starch, leading to a crispier outcome.
  2. Prepare the seasoning mix.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450˚F, line a baking sheet with foil, and grease it with cooking spray.

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Evenly arrange the potato fries on the foil-lined baking sheet.
