Hey there, buddy! Happy Hump Day! How goes it?!

Thanks for asking, I’m also doing well! I mean, besides being all cooped up in my house, waiting for the snow storm…

March 12 = snow storm. What the… I don’t even know anymore. I just want sun, dammit! It’s hard to even imagine that one day soon we will be able to walk out there without our snow suits. To all those that love the snow, stop. We’ve had enough of it.

In other news, I am working on my photography skills. Can you tell? I have been throwing all these white-on-white photos at ya for a reason. The reason is that I reallllly, realllllllly want to become a better photographer. White-on-white photos are a challenge for me, to say the least. But, I’m trying. I’m figuring it out. I’ll get there soon enough. Make sure you let me know when all this photo jumbo gets super annoying, k? Sphanx.

In third news, we’re having another Giveaway! YAY! That’s three in, like, 5.2 days, you lucky dog! Hope you’re entering them all.
Are you?

To remind you:

Giveaway 1: P.F. Chang’s Gift Card

Giveaway 2: CANON DSLR

Aaaaand fourthly, we’re having pizza! I asked my 16K+ Facebook fans what recipe they wanted to see next, and ALL 5 that saw the post answered back with Pizza! Only one asked for dessert.

If you had told me ten years ago that I’d be sitting here eating bacon and goat cheese on pizza, I would have agreed because ten years ago is when I first made this pizza. I was in my little downtown apartment, playing Chef Boyardeevski, throwing pizza dough around like it ain’t no thing. Next thing you know I’m choppin’ up bacon, crumbling goat cheese and slicing tomatoes. Bada bing bada boom, pizza was made, tummy was happy. Nothing better. All was/is right with the world. The End.

  1. This pizza looks amazing. I never met a pizza I didn’t like. Add on some bacon and I’m sold!

I’d buy a kitchenaid mixer, or a vita mix. I’d struggle on that decision.

  2. Jayme J.

I would love to update some of my bakeware, especially my old cookie sheets. I would also like to purchase a couple of new cookbooks if I won the contest, and maybe a new whisk for my kitchen.

  3. Stephanie Kim

I would buy an electric mixer, a baking pan, and all of the other ingredients/utensils I need to make my family a dinner with your delicious recipes!

  4. Your photogaphy skills are already wonderful you girl – give me your talent!
Also, white-on-white pictures are such a challenge ahhh I’ll never get the white balance right :–( Yours look terrific though! And so does the pizza. The flavor combo is killer, yum. Goat cheese AND bacon? I waaaaaant this now.

  6. I wished I liked tomatoes cause your pizza is beautiful. Congratulations on the photography which makes it look amazing.

It’s snowing here too. So much blowing snow it’s hard to see across the street.

If I won there are a lot of kitchen goodies I want to replace including my non-stick frying pan … it would help make my okonomiyaki a breeze to flip over.

  7. Linda Szymoniak

Wow, with this much money, I’d take my daughters out for dinner and a movie, stock up on some things for home (including dog food for my 5 rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds and food and litter for my three cats), and pick up some groceries and things for my friend, Debbie, who has cancer.

  8. KAPP

I would purchase a new upright freezer. We were lucky to get one from my hubby’s aunt but it’s really old and has to be defrosted frequently. It’s also an energy guzzler!

We’re getting ready to sell our house and buy a new one…I could buy some great new pots and pans for our new house with that gift card!

  11. It is POURING rain down here…I can only imagine how awful it is up north! But I wouldn’t mind being snowed in with your gorgeous pizza!
