  • 4 medium yellow squash,, sliced into 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch rounds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper,, to taste
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cooking spray

    Taste great, but breading would not stick to squash and cheese was over cooked when cooked for 10min on one side and 5 on the other! I won’t be making this again

    fresh grated parmesan or out of the can? You can buy these at Sam’s for 7 or 8 $ per bag! They’re delicious!
