Rainbow Protein Smoothie Bowl – Prepared with a rainbow of colors and an amazing mix of flavors, this protein smoothie bowl is an easy, convenient, and delicious way to get protein and natural energy support to fuel your day.
Hey Hey, pals!! Happy Monday! Hope your weekend was splendid!
I am noticing that many of you are out and about, doing your last minute Christmas and Holiday shopping – I feel for you with all those crowds. And coats that get in the way of everything. Eeeeek!
Fortunately for me, we don’t exchange until New Year’s Day, which gives me plenty of time to lounge around and wait for those post-Christmas sales before I go on any shopping sprees.
Want me to remind you what ELSE happens on New Year’s Day? YOUR New Year’s resolutions! Like, the promise to eat health(ier) foods, right?
Thank you, Dr. Axe, for sponsoring this post. All opinions are always 100% my own.
Well… I’ve got your New Year’s resolution all wrapped up in this colorful, gorgeous little smoothie bowl, and also inside that scoop up there filled with

Here we have a layer of cubed mango, layer of baby spinach, followed by a layer of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, and topped off with a couple scoops of KetoPROTEIN™ Vanilla.
Just a quick whirl of these beauties in our fancy blender, and we are ready to start our day with a protein-filled breakfast that will keep you going for hours before you start thinking about your next meal.
If you wanna get all fancy with your smoothie bowl, like I did up there, all you will need are some toasted seeds, as well as fresh fruit and coconut flakes.

Nutrition
Nutritional info is an estimate and provided as courtesy. Values may vary according to the ingredients and tools used. Please use your preferred nutritional calculator for more detailed info.
Hello, I wanted to let you know your nutrition information appears inaccurate. Even overlooking the fact that it doesn’t account for any of the toppings, the total calories is about 70 under what it should be. That’s roughly 40% less than what I’m calculating.
If you could break down the calories per ingredient, I’d appreciate it. It’s possible I miscalculated. Otherwise you’re misleading people – and for those of us working hard to pay attention to what we put in our bodies, we don’t appreciate misinformation.
Dang that sounds like an expensive meal!
Those photos look amazing and delicious. I have a thing for smoothies and with this recipe, I know I’ll be more into it. What I like about smoothies is that it can be totally healthy and at the same time, it can satisfy your cravings for something sweet. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I look forward to more recipes from your blog.
