- 1 pound medium shrimp,, thawed, peeled, deveined, and cooked
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese,, softened
- ½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic,, about 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning,, or to taste
- hot sauce,, to taste, optional
- salt,, to taste
- fresh ground black pepper,, to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley,, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. 8×8 works great.
- Cook the shrimp; let cool for a bit and coarsely chop.
- In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, Old Bay seasonings, hot sauce (if using), salt, pepper, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, and the chopped shrimp. Mix and stir until thoroughly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
