Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Grease a 9-inch tart pan with baking spray and set aside.
- Place cereal in a ziploc bag, close the bag, and crush the cereal with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cereal, oats, shredded coconut, and honey or maple syrup; stir until completely blended.

I would argue that if you add ยพ-cup maple syrup to anything it stops being healthy, therefore, I feel like the key words diet or healthy were used as click bait in this post.

Secondly, that is 3/4 cup of said ingredient in the ENTIRE pizza pie. A serving of this breakfast pizza pie is 1/8 – how much maple syrup are you going to consume in 1 serving? Maybe an ounce? Are you considering all the fruit and all the oats, which is what you are mostly going to have?
The word “healthy” gets thrown around a lot and sometimes it all comes down to what YOU consider as healthy. For me, this will do it. It beats a fried breakfast doughnut.
