What Is A Strawberry Pomegranate Mojito?
A Mojito is a cocktail that consists of mint, lime juice, rum, soda water, and a whole bunch of ice. A STRAWBERRY POMEGRANATE MOJITO includes all of those ingredients PLUS strawberries and pomegranate juice. It’s AMAZING.
All the caps. All the time. 🙌
On days like this I figure that not everything has to be baked or fried; let’s just celebrate the 4th with cocktails and a Red White and Blue Tiramisu.
Today, hubs is on grill-duty and I’m on drink(ing)-duty. Hallelujah! 🥂
Mojios Are One Of My Favorite Cocktails Especially For Summer
Mojitos are by far my favorite cocktail to make. It’s versatile and it’s always SO DARN GOOD! Two of these drinks and I’m on cloud 9. Three, and I’m in bed. I know… can’t hang!
Needless to say, I enjoy this drink muchalot! My husband enjoys this drink muchalot, TOO! He won’t admit it because it’s a little red and a bit girly, but ’tis the truth. And, it looks better on me with my summer dress and all. 👗
How To Make Strawberry Pomegranate Mojitos
This is straight up E-Z.
- Add strawberries, fresh mint leaves, and lime juice into two tall glasses. Muddle with a muddler until berries are mashed and juicy. You can also add a bit of sugar before you start to muddle. I don’t use it because I think the strawberries are sweet enough, but if you like a sweeter drink, go for it.
- Fill glasses with ice to the top.
- Add rum and pomegranate juice; mix.
- Top with club soda and serve.

Sounds so refreshing. I hear you…I totally want to ditch my to do list.
What a great mix of flavors in this drink and so pretty too! I’m going to try this with some Caribbean Food tonight!
Seriously gorgeous pictures, must try!
Yum – love a good cocktail, and this is so refreshing and perfect! I would do happy hour with you any day 🙂
The strawberry huller is interesting! I have old fashion strawberry huller that is just like a wide tweezers. But this one is even cooler! I’ll look into this. I use a knife to cut out like this. Considering how much we eat strawberries this sounds like a handy tool. 🙂 Love your mojito!!! Pretty and refreshing drink!
I’d do happy hour with you any day, especially if you hand me one of these!
I just love mojitos too, and Margaritas, and wine, and beer…..I just like lots of fun drinks LOL! Your flavors sound wonderful together! Cheers, Hugs, Terra
Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous… I would be happy to have this without alcohol!
I like the way you think!
I can’t even finish ONE drink right now! My 9 month sabbatical from alcohol has left me a total light weight. But I think I could easily find a way to finish one of these!
I am not a huge cocktail person only because I feel like an idiot when it is time to order them. I did get some fresh strawberries today which makes me want to whip one of these up now!
Oh, yeah. Pass me one of these beauties!!!
These mojitos look quite inviting…So refreshing and ideal for warm days!
I could have sworn that said “Strawberry Porn Mojito” and I could not. get. here. fast enough to check out what strawberry porn could be. Yolk porn I understand.
I will admit a slight bit of disappointment when I realized my mistake.
Woohooo!! My kind of fresh strawberry cocktail, Kate! Wicked photography, girl! We can still hang, just not as long, LOL! Happy Memorial Day! xoxo
How refreshing! Please pass me a glass 🙂
And I love the oxo strawberry huller! It’s such a handy tool to have around.
My strawberry huller isn’t quite so high tech and I don’t have a muddler (must plan another trip to the food equipment supply store … what a hardship) but this drink sounds like it would be quite refreshing in the hot summer months ahead. And it looks pretty too.
If I make the recipe and drink both glasses myself, does that make me bad? 🙂
I’m on my 3rd! And ready for bed… 😀
Two would definitely be MY limit. Coincidence? I think not. 🙂
Gorgeous, I’m loving these mojitos!
Love love this drink! Gorgeous photos, Kate!
This looks like the most perfect way to celebrate! Love it!
I miss the days when I could inhale a gazillion cocktails and make it through the night. This mojito looks so enticing – maybe I could handle three and still be coherent. 😀
Gorgeous photos!!
The thing with mojitos is that I drown them without realizing how many I´ve had! This is a great combination of flavors Kate.
I so need one of these to relax a little! It’s the day for relaxing. Love the strawberry and mint together.
From 2 drinks on cloud 9, to 3 in bed….to downing tons of them years ago. Wow, I can so relate. Life and kids happen. We just can’t hang anymore…lol
Beautiful drink!
