Do the British thing (irony, I know) and make a turkey pot pie. Pieces of turkey, broth, cream, peas and carrots in a pie shell topped with a pastry sheet. And don’t forget garlic, salt and pepper. The absolute best.

We actually had a very peaceful Thanksgiving, thankfully. We kind of have a bit of a politically polarized family at the moment, but everyone behaved themselves. 😉

And these are all great recipe ideas for those Thanksgiving leftovers!

All of these ideas look delicious and have me ready to go grab all my leftovers and get to work in the kitchen! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving, Kate 🙂

I didn’t cook this year so I sadly have no leftovers. That said, I’m going to cook a turkey with all the trimmings in December and then I can use some of these recipes.

Love all the recipes posted. I wish my Thanksgiving turkey (Canadian so it was in October) wasn’t long gone. The potato patties really caught my eye. And any soup with turkey is always a winner.
