    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic, or use about a teaspoon of garlic powder
    • ½ cup panko crumbs
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
    • salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

      So awesome! I actually made two tweaks cuz I’m lazy but I used garlic powder about a half a teaspoon I baked at 450 for 12 minutes. They stayed nice and crispy. They are so good I would definitely make again

      I substituted green beans, though I do like snap peas. They tasted great, however the panko and parmesan did not stick. I used olive oil and sprayed the top too. Any suggestions?
