This Weekly Meal Plan is a delicious collection of dinner, side dishes, and dessert recipes that will help you plan your weekly menu and make life easier for you!

In these weekly meal plans, I will be sharing some of our favorite recipe ideas for you to use as you are planning out your menu for the week. Just click any of the recipe titles or pictures to get the recipe.
A little about how we plan our week and our meal plan:
Mondays are soup and salad.
Tuesdays will bring delicious flavors from Mexico and beyond—think Tex-Mex, Central American, and South American favorites!
Wednesdays are a taste of the Mediterranean from Italy to Turkey, Spain, Macedonia, and beyond.
Thursdays are designed around yummy sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and wraps.
Fridays are a no cook day around here. Going out with friends and loved ones is something that we think is important. It’s your night off from cooking- enjoy!
Saturdays are an exotic food night, it’s a great night to try something new, from cooking with seafood, to trying Indian, Thai, or Chinese dishes.
Sundays are a traditional old fashioned family dinner – think meat and potatoes, classic American comfort food, and Southern favorites.
There will also always be a couple of delectable desserts or drinks to use any day you wish. A new weekly menu plan will be posted every FRIDAY morning, so be sure to check back each week!

I try to keep the meal plans simple while still including photos and links so readers can quickly see what they might want to cook. I truly appreciate your feedback, and Iโm glad youโre enjoying the menus.
Each recipe in the meal plan is linked directly in the photo and the title, so you can click either one to go straight to the recipe page. Once there, you can use the โJump to Recipeโ button at the top to go right to the printable recipe card.
