Moscato Fruit Salad also known as Drunk Fruit Salad. Or Tipsy Fruit Salad. Let’s just call it a very delicious fruit salad, m’kay?

Hi Ya, friends! ‘Sup?! I’ve been in hiding, nursing a sore throat and achy-everything. I was all good the entire winter during the -100F degrees weather, but here I am now, while it’s 95F degrees outside, I am inside, wrapped up in a blanket and drinking hot medicinal beverages. Sheeeesh!

On the bright side, I did enjoy an entire bowl of this Moscato Fruit Salad the other day and took a nice long nap afterwards.

This salad first appeared on A Night Owl Blog, where I was a contributor some time ago, and because I’m having a fruit problem, yet again, I decided to finally share the recipe here, too.

Gimme all the fruits of this wonderful season and I will take care of them, one by one. There are three humongous fruit bowls in my house and they’re all full because I can not get enough.

The other part of the truth is that, I LOVE boozy desserts! If there’s booze in it, count me in!

As you can see, I even add it to my fruit. A bit of Moscato in a Fruit Salad never hurt anybody. Promise. It only made them happier.

No, don’t worry, I’m not hitting the bottle I’m a lightweight. Two glasses and I’m down for the night.

Given the previous set of facts, allow me to tell you just how fantastic this Moscato Fruit Salad was – the hubs and I were fork-fighting for the last grape.

I made it again the next day for my daughter’s birthday and all the adults definitely enjoyed it!

What you don’t realize is how hard the booze hits you because the salad is SO delicious and sweet! But you know what they say: the sweeter the drink … um… the stronger the result?! I forgot the quote. But you know whaddamsayin’.

Just make it and you will DEFINITELY know what I’m sayin’. 😀

ENJOY!
