2-Ingredient Creamy Dark Hot Chocolate – Made with only 2 ingredients, this comforting, rich and creamy dark hot chocolate is perfect for those chilly winter nights.
This rich and heavenly and chocolaty concoction hasn’t left my hands since Thanksgiving. SO, SO GOOD! And it’s hot chocolate season, so why not!
Hey Hey, you guys! TGIF! What are you doing this weekend? Shopping, I assume?! I, my dear friends, am celebrating.
This coming Monday it is my Name Day – the feast day of Sv. Katerina, or what you might know as, St. Catherine the Great Martyr. I am going to celebrate on Sunday night and party on like it’s 1999. 😉
I tell you about this special day every year because it’s a very happy occasion for me. We celebrate our Name Day like a birthday – friends and family come over and we indulge in beautiful Macedonian food and amazing conversations. I’ll tell you all about it next week. I can’t wait!

I know, it’s so confusing. I love anything that I can whip up with a gazillion ingredients, buuuuut this is possibly my new favorite hot chocolate recipe… says the girl whose best hot chocolate recipe has historically been this Spicy Hot Chocolate Mocha.

Dark Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 quart (carton) International Delight Hot Chocolate Marshmallow Coffee Creamer, see note
- 7 ounces fat free sweetened condensed milk
Toppings (Optional)
- Whipped cream
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate fudge sauce
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients. Combine hot chocolate creamer and sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan.
- Warm it up. Set the saucepan over medium heat and heat through, stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL.
- Serve! Pour prepared hot chocolate into mugs. Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, and fudge sauce. Enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
- If you can't find Hot Chocolate Coffee Creamer where you live, substitute a quart of heavy cream and dark chocolate chips instead.
