Hi YA! Happy weekend! Can’t believe it came so soon… Thank God! I need a break. It’s all work, work, soccer, travel, work, clean, cheer, practice, travel, work. That’s my life. I’m kind of, you know, tired! Someone asked me for a tip on maintaining weight. My answer? Work, work, soccer, travel, work, clean, cheer, practice, travel, work.
These are the days when I thank my lucky stars for keeping a meal plan. This week my other half will be taking care of Monday’s awesome Tomato-Basil Tortellini dish from Erin, and Tuesday’s Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken deliciousness from Rebecca. I’ll take over just in time for Courtney’s flavorful Low Carb Taco Salad, Sommer’s Perfect Pumpkin Chili, Becky’s Mustard Bacon Chicken Skillet, and Tanya’s Buffalo Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo. I’m also looking forward to trying Mary’s tasty Cheesy Bacon Tater Tots, and Kita’s creamy Hometyle Mashed Potatoes!
