Hola Friends! Happy Weekend! We’re on “Fall Break” this week, and if you were anywhere near my house, you’d think there was either a huge screamfest party going on OR two little girls were about to brawl. I’m this close to giving them a couple of laptops, the DVR, all the remote controls, and calling it a day.
Obviously, I’m having a moment.
At least my dinner menu for the week is done and set to go, right?! …keepin’ that glass half-full.
I love meal planning. It does take a few minutes to gather all the ideas, but in the end, not only does it make dinnertime a lot easier, it allows me to stick to my budget, too.
Whether you just need a dessert between yoga classes, a full-course meal, or just a cup of Latte, these meals plans make it easy for you to get what you want.
This week we have a Sirloin Roast with a-to-z instructions on how to git ‘er done!
There’s also Spinach Ravioli Lasagna, Chicken with Mushrooms, Salsa Verde Chicken Skillet, Shrimp Quesadillas, and Garlic Butter Shrimp with Orzo by yours truly.
For dessert, we chose a Caramel Cheesecake Apple Dip and a Cinnamon Apple Pie Bread.
Last, but never the least, we have a Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte made with real pumpkin!
