Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Popsicles: Super easy, delicious, and healthy!
Wanna know what is on my mind? I’ll tell you anyways.
It’s my hair.
Like, why can’t I have the beautiful to-the-side hair-braid, and for said braid to lay flat on my chest, all the way down past my ribs. WHY can’t I have that?
I’ve tried the whole growing-it-out deal… it.takes.for.ever. My hair grows one-inch a year. WAH WAH WAH! SO over it!
Then someone told me that it was wrong to be 35+ and wear hair-braids on the sides… what.ever. Don’t they see that I look like I’m 23?!? What’s the deal with these people…
So, hey, how pretty are those slices of kiwi fruit and strawberries!! Aren’t they, though?!
Side note: Daaaang! I’ve got some chubby fingers!
You know what your summer needs? Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Popsicles, that’s what!
Do you remember back in the day when Snapple came out with that amazing Strawberry-Kiwi drink?!? Ohmegosh! I was addicted. I’m a water-girl now, but back then I was ready to o.d. on Snapple. It was, like, the best stuff on Earth!
90’s kids will understand the pun…
So I thought these popsicles were too pink and too colorful for my husband to want some, thus I only made 4. One for each of my little girls and two for me. I’m double their size so, yeah, I get 2.
Come to find out, the 2 that were meant for me ended up in the hands of the only male that lives in this house… thief. Obviously, I was less than thrilled.
BUT, on the flip side, that just means that these were sooo good that he didn’t care how girly he looked while eating ’em.
Instead of taking a nightly walk, or a run on the treadmill, or even going to yoga, making dinner, or doing laundry (ewwww!), go make these Strawberry-Kiwi heavens. It takes minutes to put them together and seconds to inhale them.
ENJOY!

Great for this summer!
I LOVE THESE POPSICLES!!!! They look so refreshing for summer! ๐
I’m pretty much in love with these beauties Kate! They look so light and refreshing – so pretty too! Pinned!
These look fantastic! I love the large slices of fruit in these pops! I’m sure kiwi and strawberry make a good combination. Love their a little tangy flavors.
Soooooooo pretty!!!!! I just love how you can see the strawberry and kiwi!
Beautiful popsicles! I love the fruit peeking through the ice.
Gosh these are so smart, not to mention beautiful girl! I would love one of these right now!
So cool that you made these with pieces of fruit. They are just beautiful! Oh, and for your hair, try some biotin. It’s really improved my hair. And you’re never to old for something unless you think you are ๐
These are GORGEOUS!! (and I love Snapple, I practically live on Diet Peach Tea, so 90’s but whatever, I’m the boss of my life). I grew my short hair out to halfway down my back…I’m 35. I finally cut it off a couple weeks ago (ain’t nobody got time for it) but you can TOTALLY pull off a side braid. ๐
Hmm, I hate when people tell me what I can’t do because it doesn’t go with my age, but I do it anyway ๐
Love your Popsicles, so refreshing and perfect for kids.
By the way I loved Snapple’s Kiwi and strawberry flavor, I saw it first when was at the movies, unfortunately that flavor is no longer sold here ๐
