Strawberry Jam Cheese Wedges and Tea Sandwiches

Tea Sandwiches - Flavorful whole-grain slice of bread topped with cheese wedges, cucumber slices and tomatoes.

I’m a snacker, through and through. There are granola bars and whole wheat crackers in my pantry, there are apples and bananas in my fruit bowl, and strawberries and The Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges in my fridge. I just want to be ready for whenever snack time arrives.

Just like all other tea sandwiches, these start with a flavorful whole-grain slice of bread topped with Spreadable Cheese Wedges, a perfect slice of an English cucumber, and a delicious, juicy slice of tomato to pull it all together. Do you really need convincing? Of course not.

Many-a-times before, I used to just reach over for the Chocolate Spread and eat it straight from the jar. But, then, the jiggle beneath my wings … err. arms … reminded me that I needed to slow it down a bit.

After that, because I clearly had to reinvent my snacking, I found my two new favorite snacks. They are cheesy, they could be sweet or savory, and they are absolutely, undoubtedly better for you than inhaling spoonfuls of a chocolate spread.
