HOW TO MAKE HUMMUS PEPPERONI PIZZA WRAPS
We’re spreading a couple tablespoons of hummus onto each (low-carb whole wheat) wrap, and arranging America’s #1 selling brand of Pepperoni right over the hummus, with a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese alongside them.
Next obvious thing to do is roll ’em up, dip ’em in marinara sauce, and grub.

Hummus Pepperoni Pizza Wraps
- 8 low-carb whole wheat flat bread wraps
- 1 cup prepared hummus
- 1 bag (6 ounces) HORMEL® PILLOW PACK® Pepperoni – Original
- 1 cup low-fat part skim milk shredded mozzarella cheese
- marinara sauce for dipping , optional
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus over each flat bread.
- Arrange pepperoni and cheese over the hummus.
- Roll up the wraps and cut in half.
- Microwave each halved wrap for about 25 to 30 seconds, or until cheese begins to melt.
- Remove from microwave and serve with a side of marinara sauce.
