Garlic Shrimp Ramen – Turn those instant ramen noodles into a delicious 30-minute dinner by adding flavorful garlic shrimp and broccoli to the mix!
Garlic Shrimp and broccoli, oh how I love them… They add LIFE to boring ramen noodles!
Heeey, friends! Welcome to the blog of shortcuts, one-pots, and delicious-lots!
Doesn’t it seem like all I ever make is stuff that can come together in 30 minutes or less? And use just one pot or pan? Or just parchment paper?
The less clean-up, the better, yo. The less I have to slave over the stove…again, the better. Amiright or amisoright?
Sooo… to find the most delicious meal that doesn’t include too much slaving around the kitchen because, you’ve got 2 little kids with 102 fevers and one big kid with no fever, but a slight cough and a sneeze here-and-there that he thinks is going to kill him?! Yep! That’s how this Garlic Shrimp Ramen thing got started.
P.S. Sorry about that run-on sentence up there… I ain’t mad at him or anything… can you tell?!?
Pimping out my ramen noodles is one of my fave things, you guys. It started back in college. I would legit grill some chicken, slice it up, and toss it with 3-minute ramen noodles + frozen stir fry veggies. Best idea, ev.ver.
And that’s basically what we’re going to do here, too. ‘Cept, we are going to cook the ramen on the stovetop and not the microwave. A.K.A. Adulting.
But first… hello pretty garlicky shrimp!
These guys will only take minutes to prepare and you’ll want to dive head first into that delicious mess. It’s just a mix of good amount of garlic with olive oil and a pat of butter. VERY. GOOD. STUFF.
Once those are done, we’re going to put them aside and continue to work with the veggies and noodles.
Onions and broccoli are tossed in olive oil and cooked just until tender. Broken up ramen noodles will join the broc mix together with some veggie broth and the prepared shrimp.
5 minutes later, THIS is what you’ve got
BOOM!
Hope you’ll love it as much as we do!
ENJOY!

Great recipe. My husband loves ramen and this recipe was a great. So easy basic staples typically already in your kitchen. I’m going to check out what else you have been cooking up. 😌
That’s great to hear! I am very glad you and your husband enjoyed it! Thank YOU! 🙂
Made this recipe tonight. My husband had seconds which is rare when I try a new dish. It was excellent I’m planning on keeping the Ramen flavor packet when I make soup in the future.
That’s great! I’m very glad you and your husband enjoyed it! Thank you for chiming in! 🙂
This was better than I thought it would be. I added Baby Bella mushrooms and sautéed them with the shrimp. It was a good addition to the recipe.
I’m very glad you enjoyed it! Thank YOU! 🙂
I made this tonight & it was delicious! I used 1/2 everything as I only made it for me. I sauteed the shrimp in olive & sesame oil.
I am very happy you enjoyed this recipe! Thank YOU! 🙂
I just made this tonight and it was sooo good!! My boyfriend gobbled up two bowls of it! Lol. I added yellow, red, and orange sweet peppers, half of a green bell pepper, baby carrots, and a purple onion instead because its all we had, but was still so flavorful! Its hard to believe that all it is is garlic and butter. Finally I have a use for those abandoned ramen noodles. Yum, yum, yum!
I am very glad you enjoyed it! Thank YOU! 🙂
This dish was excellent everyone raved about it !

Tried recipe as written. It was great! Husband said it was good. Glad it didn’t use seasoning packets they contain a lot of salt. It was relatively simple to make and looked impressive. Will be on lookout for shrimp sales. Thank u for sharing.
Everyone enjoyed this meal! Added some bite size pieces of chicken breast, carrots, diced sweet peppers, and broccoli slaw instead of broccoli florets! Have to sneak the, in at my house for the picky eaters! Thank you for an awesome recipe!
