Chambord Bellini is a delicious, easy cocktail recipe made with Prosecco and Chambord Liqueur. It’s a light, refreshing, and bubbly sipper that’s super elegant and perfect for New Year’s Eve toasting!
I first encountered a Chambord Bellini during a summer trip to the Italian countryside. We were at a charming vineyard, and the host surprised us… just kidding! I was at a work Christmas party in my good ol’ Indiana. 😄 But, it was an unforgettable moment, the kind that lingers in your memory, because this drink was the bomb diggity. It’s become my go-to for celebrating the Holidays.
Thus, please indulge in the elegance of a Chambord bellini, a cocktail that seamlessly blends the crispness of Prosecco with the rich, fruity notes of Chambord liqueur. This cocktail is not just a drink; it’s a celebration in a glass, perfect for toasting special moments and making any evening feel like a grand event.
Why We Love This Festive Bellini
- Elegant Yet Simple: This Bellini combines only two main ingredients, just as in a Mimosa, epitomizing sophisticated simplicity.
- Refreshing: The Chambord adds a sweet raspberry flavor, making each sip refreshingly fruity.
- Perfect for Celebrations: Its bubbly nature makes it ideal for toasts and celebrations, from New Year’s Eve to special dinners.
- Visually Stunning: With its deep, ruby color and garnish of rosemary, this drink is a feast for the eyes.

- Fill a pitcher with berries.
- Pour chilled Chambord Liqueur over the berries and slowly add the chilled Prosecco.

Recipe Tips & Variations
- Chill The Ingredients: Ensure both Prosecco and Chambord are chilled for the best taste.
- Serving Tip: Use frozen berries to keep the drink chilled without diluting it with ice.
- Customize Your Berries: Feel free to use a mix of your favorite berries for a personalized touch.
- Adjust to Taste: Modify the proportions of Prosecco and Chambord according to your preference.
- Non-Alcoholic Version: Use sparkling grape juice and a raspberry-flavored syrup if you don’t consume alcohol.

Loos very refreshing for the season! Just great!
These look amazing, I bet that rosemary gives such a great flavor!
Hi Katerina – we have the same taste in drinks. I love the sweet stuff too 😀
Thanks so much for sharing this – one day I will try to make it too. Happy New Year!
These are stunning! They would be the star of any holiday party!
Your posts always make me smile. I love Prosecco too, and this cocktail looks just about perfect to me. Happy New Year!
I agree about toasting the end of 2015 with something special … alcoholic or not. Though if you’re with someone special, hot cocoa will do. 🙂
The chambord bottle is so pretty as is the pitcher of fruits. I have creme de cassis and OJ for tomorrow morning’s Mimosa or Buck’s fizz. I’ve also got a poached pear (cranberry mead, honey, vanilla bean syrup) that I’m considering pureeing and topping with Freixenet. (I like a dry/Brut sparkling wine.)
PS: Your post reminded me that I still have some of my dad’s home made rakia in the cupbord.
WOW! I love everything about this. The pitcher, the glasses, the GORGEOUS photos, and of course the recipe. This is divine!
What a beautiful drink!!
