Ingredients

boiling water

bags
hibiscus tea

honey
ice

sparkling water

mint leaves
fresh strawberries,
for garnish
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine tea bags, honey, and boiling water; let steep 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Remove tea bags.
Add ice to the pitcher and stir in the sparkling water.
Add mint leaves and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
Remove from fridge and pour into drinking glasses.
Garnish with strawberries and serve.
Notes
Use tea bags made with pure hibiscus petals
for a vibrant brew.
Brew with hot water.
Sweeten to taste:
Balance the tart flavor by adding honey, agave syrup, or sugar while the tea is warm.
Experiment with flavors:
Enhance your tea with citrus slices or a sprig of mint. Also, try different variations with herbal tea bags.
