Turkey Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

package (12 count)
Hawaiian Rolls
1/3
cup
whole grain mustard
1/3
cup
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
honey
1
tub (9 ounces)
deli sliced turkey
9
slices
Swiss cheese
3
tablespoons
butter,
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Cut the Hawaiian Rolls, lengthwise; you should have two big pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise, and honey; whisk until incorporated. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the honey mustard mixture.
Brush remaining mixture on each side of the rolls.
Place the bottom roll in previously prepared baking sheet, then top with half of the turkey slices, Swiss cheese and the rest of the turkey.
Place the other half of the rolls on top.
Mix together the melted butter and reserved honey-mustard mixture.
Brush it on top of the rolls and on the sides.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
HOW TO MAKE AHEAD
Prepare the sandwiches, but don’t bake. Cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Remove from fridge and bake as directed.
