Ingredients
2poundslarge raw shrimp,peeled, deveined (tails on or off)
½teaspoonsweet or smoked paprika,or more, to taste
fresh chopped parsley,for garnish
lemon wedges,to serve
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425˚F.
Arrange shrimp in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a bowl, then whisk the lemon juice, minced garlic, and minced parsley with the melted butter; pour half of the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and stir the shrimp around until well combined. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer inside the baking dish. Set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining melted butter mixture, the pork panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, and paprika; mix well to combine. Sprinkle this crumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Bake the shrimp in the oven for 12 minutes or until bubbly. Set oven settings to BROIL and cook for another minute or two or until the top is golden and crispy.
Remove from oven.
Garnish the baked shrimp with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
