Ingredients

  • 8 low-carb whole wheat flat bread wraps
  • 1 cup prepared hummus
  • 1 bag (6 ounces) HORMEL® PILLOW PACK® Pepperoni – Original
  • 1 cup low-fat part skim milk shredded mozzarella cheese
  • marinara sauce for dipping , optional

Instructions 

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus over each flat bread.
  • Arrange pepperoni and cheese over the hummus.
  • Roll up the wraps and cut in half.
  • Microwave each halved wrap for about 25 to 30 seconds, or until cheese begins to melt.
  • Remove from microwave and serve with a side of marinara sauce.
