Ingredients

cups
plain yogurt

avocados
peeled, pitted and diced
¼
cup
extra virgin olive oil

tablespoons
fresh lime juice
about 2 limes
¼
cup
packed fresh cilantro
or parsley

clove
garlic
roughly chopped
½
teaspoon
chili powder
or to taste
salt and fresh ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
If the consistency is too thick, add more olive oil, about a tablespoon at a time.
Taste for seasonings and adjust accordingly.
Transfer to a jar; close with a lid and keep refrigerated for 10 days.
Notes
Store the avocado dressing in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to 10 days.
