Hibiscus Iced Tea Sparkler

Hibiscus Iced Tea is a bright and flavorful summer drink made with hibiscus tea, sparkling water and garnished with fresh strawberries and mint.

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 8 bags hibiscus tea
  • ½ cup honey
  • ice
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • fresh strawberries, for garnish


  • In a large pitcher, combine tea bags, honey, and boiling water; let steep 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  • Remove tea bags.
  • Add ice to the pitcher and stir in the sparkling water.
  • Add mint leaves and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Remove from fridge and pour into drinking glasses.
  • Garnish with strawberries and serve.
