Hibiscus Iced Tea Sparkler
Hibiscus Iced Tea is a bright and flavorful summer drink made with hibiscus tea, sparkling water and garnished with fresh strawberries and mint.

Ingredients
- 4 cups boiling water
- 8 bags hibiscus tea
- ½ cup honey
- ice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine tea bags, honey, and boiling water; let steep 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how strong you like your tea.
- Remove tea bags.
- Add ice to the pitcher and stir in the sparkling water.
- Add mint leaves and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
- Remove from fridge and pour into drinking glasses.
- Garnish with strawberries and serve.

- Use tea bags made with pure hibiscus petals for a vibrant brew.
- Brew with hot water.
