These homemade Pina Colada Floats are the perfect recipe for a hot summer day! A sweet, refreshing and DELICIOUS summer treat made with just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (10-ounces) Bacardi Mixers Pina Colada Frozen Concentrate
  • 2-1/2 cups Seltzer Water
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 cup Low Fat Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine frozen concentrate, seltzer water, rum, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add 2 scoops of ice cream in 4 tall glasses.
  • Pour Pina Colada mixture over ice cream.
  • Serve.

Notes

RECIPE SOURCE: DIETHOOD ***For a non-alcoholic Float, leave out the Rum.
