Ingredients
4tablespoonsbutter
4garlic cloves, minced
1to 1-1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1/4-cupfresh lemon juice
1/4cupminced fresh parsley
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. DO NOT burn the garlic.
Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper; cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 4 to 6 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl combine the lemon juice and parsley; mix until well combined.
Add the lemon juice mixture to the shrimp and bring to a boil; cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and taste for seasonings; adjust accordingly.
Serve as is, or serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
