This easy eiskaffee recipe with chocolate and vanilla ice cream is the German version of coffee over ice cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee , cold
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • sugar (optional)
  • whipped topping
  • caramel topping

Instructions
 

  • After brewing coffee, pour it in a cup and set the cup inside a bowl filled with ice. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Scoop chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream into a tall glass.
  • Pour the cold coffee over the ice cream.
  • Taste for sweetness. Add sugar if needed.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle caramel topping.
  • Serve.
