Tender & Buttery!
Thaw your lobster tails if frozen. Place on a cutting board and cut the top open with kitchen shears, stopping at the tail fins.
Pull the shell halves apart and run a spoon between the shell and the meat to loosen it. Cut a slit down the center of the meat.
Brush the lobster tails with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until done.
While the lobster is cooking, melt the remaining butter in a skillet. Add the shallots, followed by the garlic and parsley.
Lower the heat, and add the cream. Stir in the parmesan, simmer for a minute, then add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Top the lobster tails with the cream sauce and serve. Pair with a couple simple sides for an elegant lobster dinner!
