Delicious, quick and healthy Pomegranate Yogurt Smoothie made with Pomegranate juice, yogurt, and sweetened with honey.

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 bananas , sliced
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds for garnish


  • Combine ice, banana slices, yogurt, pomegranate juice and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more yogurt or juice as necessary, depending on your desired consistency, and adjust sweetener to your taste.
  • Pour into two glasses and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
  • Serve.
