Blueberry Agua Fresca

Blueberry Agua Fresca is a delicious, healthy and sweet fruit water made with fresh blueberries, lemon juice, and honey. It's a great kid friendly drink recipe for summer or special occasions!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pint blueberries , rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • mint leaves , for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine water and blueberries in a blender; blend until smooth.
  • Fill two glasses with ice.
  • Set a strainer over glasses and slowly pour the blueberry mixture into the strainer.
  • Stir in lemon juice and honey.
  • Taste for sweetness; adjust accordingly.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve.
