Leftover Candy Hand Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 rolled out pie crust
  • 3- inch round cookie cutter
  • small candy bars , chopped, I used Kit Kats, Twix, and mini Reese's cups
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips , melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Roll out the pie crust
  4. Grab a round cookie cutter and cut out circles
  5. Place about a tablespoon of chopped candy on one side of each pie dough.
  6. Fold the dough over the candy and crimp the edges with fingers or fork.
  7. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove and let cool.
  10. Drizzle melted chocolate over the hand pies and serve.
