For Berries Layer

For Mango Layer

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions 

For Berries Layer

  • Make the berries layer first by combining frozen raspberries, orange juice, honey, and turmeric in a blender; add ice and process until smooth. Add more juice or water to thin it out, if needed. Add more ice if you'd like to thicken it.
  • Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
  • Pour into a glass and put in the freezer to keep cold.

For Mango Layer

  • In the blender combine frozen mango chunks, orange juice, lemon juice, water, and ginger; add ice and process until blended and smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
  • Slowly pour mango layer over berries layer.
  • Serve.
  • For thicker consistency, add ice cubes to the fruits and blend until smooth.
