French Bread
, sliced in half lengthwise (do not cut all the way through - leave part of it attached to hold all of your ingredients)

mayonnaise or mustard, divided

Instructions
Spread mayonnaise or mustard on bread.
Arrange the ingredients inside the bread.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add oil and vinegar.
Close bread slices together and cut into quarters, crosswise.
