Homemade fruit popsicles are easy to make with kiwi, strawberries, or your favorite sliced fruit. These are kid-friendly and perfect on a hot summer day!
Fill the molds. Arrange sliced strawberries and sliced kiwis inside the popsicle molds.
Add fruit juice. Pour just enough strawberry-kiwi juice into each mold to cover the fruit.
Freeze. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until frozen solid, about 1 to 2 hours. If the popsicle sticks won't stand upright, add a little more of the fruit to thicken the mixture.
Notes
Popsicle sticks: If you're having trouble getting the popsicle sticks to stand up, pop the molds in the freezer for about 20 to 30 minutes first. Once the mixture starts to firm up, insert the sticks and continue freezing until solid.
