Ingredients

cup
strong brewed coffee
cold
1
scoop chocolate ice cream
1
scoop vanilla ice cream
granulated sugar or sweetener
optional
whipped topping
caramel topping
Instructions
Chill the coffee
. After brewing your coffee, pour it into a cup and set the cup inside a bowl filled with ice. Chill for 15 minutes.
Add ice cream
. Scoop chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream into a tall glass.
Combine
. Pour the cold coffee over the ice cream. Taste for sweetness and add sugar if needed.
Finish and serve
. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel topping. Serve.
