Combine the salad ingredients. In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, crumbled bacon, diced apples, red onions, cranberries, and sunflower seeds; set aside.
Make the dressing. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds, and salt. Taste the dressing and adjust it accordingly.
Combine. Add the poppy seed salad dressing to the broccoli apple salad and gently toss to combine.
