For the Garnish

fresh apple cider

ground cinnamon

granulated sugar
apple slices
For the Mimosas

fresh apple cider
chilled
(NOT apple cider vinegar)

bottle (750 ml)
Prosecco, Cava, or your favorite Champagne
chilled
Instructions
Pour 1/4 cup apple cider in a plate or bowl.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a separate plate.
Dip the rim of the champagne glasses in the apple cider, then dip it in the cinnamon-sugar to coat; set aside for a minute to dry.
Then, fill the champagne flutes about halfway with apple cider and top with champagne.
Garnish with apple slices and serve.
Notes
Use chilled apple cider and chilled Prosecco or champagne.
For a larger batch, combine 4 to 6 cups of apple cider with a 750 ml bottle of champagne in a pitcher.
Enhance the flavor by swirling some caramel inside the champagne flutes before pouring the drinks.
Opt for sparkling grape juice to create an alcohol-free alternative.
