Cook Lasagna according to the directions on the package.
Let cool 20 minutes.
In the meantime, bake the Toast according to the directions on the package.
Let cool 5 minutes.
Assemble the sandwiches.
Evenly divide up the cheese and lasagna.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on a slice of toast and top with lasagna; sprinkle with cheese again and top with another slice of toast.
Continue to assemble the rest of the sandwiches.
Put pan on stove over medium heat until hot.
Butter the outside of each slice of toast and slide into the pan.
Lower the heat and press down with either a cover or a spatula to help the cheese melt.
When bread is browned, flip and press down again; continue to cook for a few more seconds.
Remove from heat.
Serve warm.
To assemble into "bites" and "sticks":
Let sandwiches cool down a bit.
Cut the crusts off a little wider (these will be your "lasagna sticks"), working the sandwich into a square shape.
Secure with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
