Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup STAR White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Season to taste and adjust accordingly.
  3. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
