Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

white wine vinegar

grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar or a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly incorporated. Using the grated parmesan is optional.
Taste the dressing and see if you want to adjust the seasonings.
Keep the dressing covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Please just make sure to stir or shake before using.
