Ingredients

  • 8 slices crusty Italian Sliced Bread
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 package NatureRaised Farms Uncured Smoked Sliced Ham
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Gruy√®re cheese
  • 2 tsp . chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Spread jam and mustard over the sliced bread.
  2. Arrange ham slices over 4 slices of bread.
  3. Add sliced apples and mounds of cheese over the ham.
  4. Season with rosemary and close sandwiches with the remaining slices.
  5. Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
  6. Grill sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve immediately.
