Sesame Beef and Broccoli

This ultra-quick sheet pan meal is made with juicy steak, fresh broccoli, and a finger-lickin’ sesame soy sauce.

  • Preheat oven to 450˚F.
  • Grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, brown sugar, olive oil, vinegar, granulated sugar, and salt; whisk until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Add the broccoli to the sesame sauce; toss to coat and transfer the broccoli to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Then, add the steak to the sesame sauce; toss to coat and transfer to the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through and broccoli is fork tender.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Transfer to a serving plate.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Serve over prepared rice.
