For the Fruit
  • 1 cantaloupe, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 pineapple, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
For the Dressing
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil


  • Cut up the fruit and drain any excess liquid.
  • Place fruit in a large salad bowl; set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl combine honey and lemon juice; whisk to combine. Stir in the basil.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Serve.
