What You'll Need

- Plain Yogurt - Olive Oil - White Vinegar - Dijon Mustard - Crumbled Blue Cheese - Salt & Pepper - Mixed Salad Greens - Cooked Chicken Breast - Bacon - Hard Boiled Eggs - Cherry Tomatoes - Avocado - Crumbled Blue Cheese

Prepare the Dressing

Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.  Set aside for serving.

Assemble

Lay salad greens out on a big plate.  Arrange chicken, bacon, egg, tomatoes, avocado, and blue cheese on top.
