It’s super easy to make your favorite sushi-style Poke Bowl at home, chock-full of fresh tuna and salmon, vibrant veggies, steamed rice, and mouthwatering sauces. 

what is a poke bowl?

The word “poke” (pronounced poh-keh) means “to slice” in the Hawaiian language. Most poke bowls have an array of sushi-like options to choose from: raw fish, pickled veggies, steamed rice or satisfying noodles, leafy greens, sesame seeds, avocado, and more.

Fish - Sushi-grade AHI Tuna and Salmon (fresh or frozen) Rice Cucumber Salad Optional Toppings - Diced Mango, Diced Avocado, Edamame, Crab Salad, Seaweed Salad, Wasabi, Sriracha, Toasted Black Sesame Seeds

Prep the Tuna and Salmon

Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl and add salt, green onions, and condiments.

Make the Cucumber Salad

While the fish is resting, dice up the cucumber.  Place it in a separate bowl, add condiments and seasonings, and stir to combine.

Assemble the Bowls

Divide cooked rice between four serving bowls.  Top the rice with salmon, tuna, cucumber salad, and any other toppings you like.

Serve!
