Juicy & Flavorful!
Remove the chicken from the brine, and rinse under cold water. Pat dry, rub with olive oil, and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine all of the spices and stir to distribute evenly.
Rub the seasoning all over the chicken and lay each piece back in the baking dish.
Bake the chicken at 425 degrees for about 22 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
Serve the chicken breasts immediately, or cool them down and store for later use.
