Moo Shu Chicken

This easy recipe is a traditional Chinese entree that consists of a protein (most often pork), eggs, and veggies stir-fried together in a savory, sweet sauce.

What You'll Need

You'll only need boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Make the Marinade

Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.

Marinade the Chicken

Coat the chicken in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cook the Eggs

Heat avocado oil in a pan and cook the eggs until they are no longer runny. Chop and set aside.

Brown the Chicken

Add the chicken pieces to the pan, and sauté until browned. Make sure to reserve the marinade.

Sauté the Veggies

Add the mushrooms and sauté until brown before adding half of the slaw mix.

Add the Sauce

Add the marinade and stir until it boils.

Finish It Off

Stir in the bean sprouts, the green and white parts of the scallions, the rest of the slaw mix, and the cooked eggs.

Serve

Season with salt and pepper, and serve with a side of vegetables or steamed rice. Enjoy!
