Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Mix the flour and spices, then dredge the chicken.
Cook the chicken in melted butter and oil for 5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Set aside and cover.
Wipe out the skillet and saute garlic. Add the broth, cream, parmesan and spices and simmer for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes to the sauce, then add the chicken. Simmer until heated through.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil, and serve. Make it a meal with a side of salad, steamed vegetables, or pasta!
