Healthy, lean Grilled Swordfish is easy to make and perfect for a quick summer dinner. It has a savory, lemon-herb marinade with garlic and black pepper!

Swordfish is high in protein, and contains lots of great nutrients like selenium, B vitamins, zinc, and more. However, it can sometimes be high in mercury, so it’s best to enjoy it once a week or less, similar to tuna. 

What You'll Need

Swordfish Olive Oil Garlic Soy Sauce Lemon Juice Red Wine Vinegar Rosemary and Thyme Salt and Pepper Parsley and Lemon Wedges

Make the Marinade


Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.

Marinade the Fish


Pour the marinade over the swordfish steaks.  Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.

Grill the Fish


Preheat the grill to medium-high, and cook the swordfish steaks for 5-7 minutes per side.

Garnish and Enjoy!


Remove the steaks from the grill, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
