Crispy & Juicy!
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, garlic, and spices.
Spread the sauce over the salmon and spritz with cooking spray. Cook in the air fryer for 14 minutes.
When done, the salmon should flake easily with a fork, but not be too dry. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices and serve with your favorite side dish or veggie.
